Custom made for you! This beautiful boxing hare is the latest design in my Artemis Hare collection. This OOAK hare will enhance any home & will delight hare collectors, as each one is unique & an OOAK piece. This unique hare sculpture is delicately shaded from natural grey/brown Bergshaf & Karakul Merino wools, & is built over a strong flexible aluminium wire armature. He is 10 inches high to ear tips. This beautiful & unique sculpture is mounted on 2 vintage (circa 1950) wooden wheeled jigsaw blocks, giving it a really special vintage & nursery feel, & which enable the boxing hare to be positioned into realistic poses. HOW THIS ITEM IS MADE Needle felting is the process of binding wool fibres by repeatedly stabbing them with a barbed needle. The barbs catch onto the fibres & cause them to tangle & bind together. To create a 3D sculpture it can take hours of work & thousands of stabs from start to finish. SAFETY All my products are for decorative purposes only & are not to be used as a toy or be played with.
