It has been expertly handcrafted in Europe & will provide years of use. It is easy to set up & to dismantle & is simple to maintain. & not only is it superb quality but it is also waterproof, extremely stable & it has a generous weight load of up to 120kg. The natural wood colour of the stand is the perfect companion for our Large Size hammocks (with or without spreader bars). Our hammocks are woven in India by artisans who have a lifetime of experience in weaving on power looms creating soft but strong, colourful fabrics. There is a wide range of colours & designs available & our new designs for 2024 are right on trend. Our hammock makers use their machine sewing & rope knotting skills to create hammocks of a high standard. Sundeyz Hammocks fabrics are woven from yarns spun from recycled cotton mixed with some staple polyester to make soft but strong fabrics. The hammock fabrics are made from dyed yarns. The ropes & hanging knots in our hammocks are made from the same yarns; some are dyed & some not. Of course colour fastness is important & all of our fabrics are subjected to independent laboratory tests for strength & fastness. Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you with a tracking code & details of the courier so that you can check the delivery progress on the courier's website. Damages / accepting the delivery Before accepting & signing for your delivery, you should check the items carefully & if any damage is suspected you should indicate this when the delivery is signed for. If you have received damaged items you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods & provide photographs as evidence. RETURNS If you change your mind Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order & need to be returned in their original packaging & well wrapped to avoid damage during transit. We will only accept returns that are clean, unused & with their original tags. Please note that we cannot accept returns of any of our wooden products that have been assembled or part assembled. The parcel should include your order details & you will need to email us with the return details & the couriers tracking code. Damaged or Faulty Items If your purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery & send us photos of the problem. Once we have the photos & the item has can be identified as damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will arrange to collect it from you, at our expense. You may then decide if you prefer a replacement or a refund. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed & with their original tags.
