Add Your Personalisation: You can either choose one of our fonts or provide your own logo for the design. If you're sending a logo, please make sure it's in vector format (SVG, EPS, or AI file). Don't have a vector version? No problem, we can convert your logo for a small additional fee. Just get in touch with us before placing your order, & we'll be happy to help! 4. Approve Your Digital Mockup: Once your order is placed, we'll send you a digital preview to review & approve before production begins. Typically, you will receive this within 3-5 working days. 5. We Craft & Ship Your Sign: After approval, your custom sign will be laser-cut, quality-checked, & shipped securely to your door. CAN I SEE MY DESIGN FIRST? If you'd like to see a preview of your design before placing a full order, please select the ExAMPLE DESIGN option at checkout. This small fee will be deducted from your final sign purchase if you go ahead with the order. Please note, however, that it is a non-refundable service if you choose not to proceed.
