This beautiful clock is handmade of fusible glass using a technique called strip cut construction where strips are cut from sheets of glass, & assembled on edge. The constructed design then goes to the kiln for a heating & cooling process of approximately 24 hours. Following is a grinding & smoothing process using cold-working techniques.
