Coco, Tilly & Sabina: king 120cm, super king 120cm, emperor: 130cm We ship worldwide but we ask that you contact us prior to placing an order with your postcode for an accurate shipping quote. We generally only ship our wall hung headboards internationally due to the oversized shipping charge for floor-standers. Lead times are an estimate & we reserve the right to extend by one week in case of fabric delays & increased demand. Our prices include fabric & uk vat. We hold accounts with a wide range of premium fabric houses such as Colefax & Fowler, Osborne & Little, Linwood, Romo, Rapture & Wright, Studio Ashby & more. We order the fabric & materials to make the piece just for you, in your personal colours & style & therefore once production begins the sale is final. We hold off production for 24h to allow you to cancel if you've ordered by mistake or changed your mind after which refunds & exchanges are not possible. We ship worldwide & will be happy to quote you for shipping to your postcode. Some sellers work import tariff charges & customs fees into their pricing or shipping estimates but as a small boutique business we do not have the capacity to do this due to too many variables & the ever changing tariff system in the USA. Please contact your local tax authorities for an estimate of these charges which will be payable by you when you receive your item. All items are shipped with full insurance & should your item be lost or damaged in transit, a full refund will be issued after 28 days when the compensation is released to us. Refunds cannot be offered for unclaimed items left in customs due to duty not being paid. We are still shipping to the USA but due to the new tariff changes, a number of shipments are experiences delays & customs hold-ups.
