Zebra Head

This is part of the series I am doing as an homage to Rene Magritte. It is a painted sculpture done in styrofoam. This way it is super cheap to ship to you. It is painted zebra pattern. You can clearly see organic, bold black stripes covering the surface of the head. This pattern was modeled off of real zebras. I did not use any photos of generic zebra pattern as references. The images are of the very first one of these I did, but because these heads are popular items I am always making new ones for customers. No two pieces of original art are exactly the same, but yours will always looks just as amazing or even better! You can even make requests. This is a great piece for a mantel, niche or a gift to someone who loves Surrealism and/or Magritte. It is a conversation piece & has a peculiar aesthetic to it without breaking your bank.
