Stunning shade made from felted linen & wool that creates wonderful atmospheric accent lighting. The natural palette complements a wide variety of interior colour schemes, both modern & traditional. Unique handmade sustainable craftsmanship made by a designer maker based in the UK. Made from 60% linen 40% cotton felted on 100% merino wool. Our shade can be used as either a table / side lampshade or a ceiling pendant. A co-ordinating cushion range is available on request. Available in 4 different sizes, you can choose your size from the drop down menu. Tailor made sizes can be ordered on request to meet your needs. 20cm diameter x 18cm high 30cm diameter x 21cm high 40 cm diameter x 25cm high 45cm diameter x 25cm high. Care Instructions: Simply vacuum to remove any dust. Wool is naturally fire retardant. To offer additional peace of mind & structure, my lampshades are backed with a fire & heat resistant backing tested to & compliant with UK fire safety standards. Cellular Collection - Rods This shade is part of a the Cellular Collection - inspired by cell structures examined under the microscope with macro-photographic imagery. A wonderful combination of contrasting low relief surfaces & subtle lighting effects, this collection fuses finely textured fabrics, wool & resistant materials. The weave structure of the linen / cotton lampshade combined with the light resistant embedded rods gives a contrasting surface texture to the lampshade. The surface relief has the added dimension, once illuminated, the light resistant rods become backlit strips. This is a custom made to order - bespoke item. Lampshade only for sale.
