Personalisation is to one ear. HOW TO PERSONALISE We personalise both items free of charge to make that one off truly unique gift. After you've added to cart there is a note to seller box where you can give me all personalisation details you would like me to include on your ottoman & soft toy. Please include as much information as possible including name(s), date of birth, time of birth & weight. Feel free to leave out some of the information should you not wish to include it or may not know. Lastly, please indicate what colour text you would like. My personal preference is to select a colour that blends with the soft toy chosen, however as the bunny is white any colour will work. If you do not include a preference I will use the same colour as the ottoman chosen. DELIVERY We try & dispatch within two days of order but please allow three to five working days. All our items are sent using DPD Local & will be tracked. If you do not receive your item within 7 days & have not received any communication then please contact me & I will do my utmost to assist where I can. CANCELLATION & RETURNS Sorry, I can not accept returns due to the personalisation of the product. I can accept cancellations assuming no cost has been incurred (i.e. one item already printed), once the work has started I can not accept the cancellation.
