Medusa Rock/Bookend/Shelf/Desktop Sculpture

Each MonsterRock varies in size based on the proportions of the images to be sandblasted & availability of the river rocks. This Medusa image fits a rock roughly 7.5 inches wide by 8 inches tall & usually weighs under 10 pounds. The weight however doesn't affect the price. We ship all monster rocks flat rate, so the price is always the same. This image was created by our in-house artist & sandblaster, Mark Wescott. His background in realistic drawing & painting allowed him to create an original Medusa sketch & develop it into a design, which captured all the dramatic lighting details, & was able to be sandblasted. These rocks are great for kids & adults as stand-alone sculptures for any desk, shelf or bookcase. They make great bookends. The bottom is cut flat & 'flocked' with felt to prevent scratching any surface.The final product is sealed with a stone sealant that protects against UV damage.
