Theodora Anne Merry, 2014 These two found objects are wonderful pieces of unmarked art glass which were made by others & acquired separately by me over time & across space. The Amphora came first. A way to present The Amphora did not materialize for quite some time until just recently. All it did was languish on its side, or I should say, his side, which he does actually rather nicely. Then I found The Vase. Initially it occurred to me that that one could use The Vase as an Ice Bucket, & The Amphora as a Carafe, but when I placed them near each other, the artist in me (hard earned credentials listed in my profile & the About Section) said wallah & ohhhh ahhhhhh ohhhhkaaayyy... I realized that these two were Destined for Each Other. Their Relationship was been documented as it developed during a series of photo shoots. 5 of the images are posted here; additional images will be made available as digitally downloadable art or other as of yet unimagined formats.
