(length/width/height): 80 x 55 x 44 cm Lid: hinged fully assembled Lettering inspiration Built in 1916, Hempstead Plains Airfield on Long Island, New York, was renamed in 1919 in honor of US President Theodore Roosevelt's youngest son, Quentin. He died in an air battle in France during World War I. in 1951 the airfield was closed & in 1956 what was then the largest shopping center in the world was built on it. This extraordinarily beautiful piece is handcrafted from solid wood. We manufacture exclusively in Germany from local woods & thus take the idea of sustainability fully into account. We only use water-based paints & therefore do not use any solvents. This product may have knots, cracks, splits, dimensional inaccuracies, warping & chipping.
