Animal Farm - Suitcase Table

ANIMAL FARM is one of only ten pieces being made. It is both a table & a piece of art & is designed with both form & function in mind. Each piece in this series is themed after a different book so this is the only one of its kind. Though the books are entirely too long to fit every word in the interior of the suitcase you will find that each story is kept very well intact. That is to say, it is edited so that each case is readable to get the essence of its story a lengthy task considering pages are printed on both sides & the interior is entirely hand made. in the center is a hand painted visual representation of a part of the book that suitcase embodies. This case is specially painted so the painting in the center is not impeded by the partitions of the case. Also the lock on the case works & is customizable. When closed the measurements are: 28H x 21W x 14D but as the legs are interchangeable it is also offered as: 22H x 21W x 14D & the center section of the case easily stores reams of paper.
