Phoenix Canariensis is the botanical name of the Beautiful Canary Island Palm Tree, orginally from these seven beautiful islands, & now in parks & gardens all over the world. One of the photos is of the beautiful Canary Island Palm Tree in the Natural Park of La Geria, on this island of Lanzarote. It is from this very Palm Tree that the inspiration comes to use Copper Wire, Peridot & Natural Lava, in an attempt to duplicate the unique beauty of this magnificant tree, which is perhaps a couple of hundred years old.
