It is hand-painted using high-quality paint & lightly distressed. The frame reads Sisters by Chance, Friends by Choice in high-quality, custom-cut vinyl. Our personalized picture frames make a thoughtful gift that will be cherished for years! This frame is shown in SANDSTONE color. You choose whether you'd like no flower, or embellished with a flower. All of our custom frames come complete with high-quality plexiglass, a dowel stand, & are beautifully wrapped ready to gift.
