I'm offering a sideboard/TV cabinet made from reclaimed scaffolding planks, which will be custom-made for you over the next four weeks. The planks undergo a multi-step, meticulous restoration process. First, the planks are thoroughly brushed to remove loose & splintered wood. Next, they are lightly sanded to preserve all the natural signs of wear. A drawer is then integrated into the sideboard, featuring smooth-running drawer slides. The other compartments are perfect for storing DVDs & other electronic devices. Finally, the sideboard is treated twice with a food-safe hard wax oil. This finish gives the board its matte, vibrant surface & permanently preserves the beautiful, naturally occurring signs of wear. This beautiful sideboard impresses with its stunning grain pattern, as well as its many natural signs of wear such as nail holes, notches, dents, cracks, chips, warping, etc. All these individual characteristics make the board absolutely unique & a one-of-a-kind piece.
