This quilt was inspired by a bouquet of flowers against a dark background. I loved how dramatic it looked, the deep reds & blues against the black, so I just had to make it into a quilt! Made to suit the rustic/ modern farmhouse decor style, this patchwork throw will add a touch of drama while mantaining a traditional feel. On the back of the quilt is a mink blanket, which is super soft & cuddly! I love to use the blanket rather than wadding & backing fabric because I think that the extra softness adds to the cosy, snuggly charm. The quilt top is machine stitched to the mink backing & the binding is handsewn down to create the perfect finish. Care Instructions - A gentle wash cycle is fine for this quilt. Please dry over the washing line, as the dryer may not be very kind to it.... The quilt will be sent out within three days of purchase.
