Raw wood - The bookshelf will be sanded & cleaned but no coating/ varnish will be applied. If the shelf will not be exposed to moisture or you plan to paint it yourself, then you can choose this option. 2. Satin/ Clear Varnish - The bookshelf will be coated with satin / clear varnish to protect the wood (specially if the item will be placed in a room with a lot of moisture - ex. bathroom) :: M O U N T I N G :: 1. The most secure way to hang our bookshelves is to attach a screw into a stud (pieces of wood behind a drywall that acts as the wall's frame) 2. If you don't have a stud, you can use the self-drilling plasterboard anchors & screws that we will provide you. Note that it can hold up to 20kg in total weight (including the shelf). We will not be responsible for fastening failure due to plasterboard or improper installation. 3. If you have a brick or cement wall, please choose the appropriate hardware in the dropdown list - Include Mounting Hardware.
