Amethyst is a meditative & calming stone that works in the emotional, spiritual, & physical planes to promote calm, balance, & peace. It is also used to eliminate impatience & helps promote sobriety. BURNING YOUR CANDLE When lighting your candle for the first time, it is recommended to burn until a full melt pool has been reached. A minimum of 4 hours to liquefy the entire top layer of wax.
