All items are 100% handmade & therefore will have minor imperfections & slight discrepancies to colour & shape. Frosting (a white coating that appears on soy candles) is a naturally occurring effect of wax re-crystallising. It is a sign that the product is made of 100% natural soy wax. We have taken additional steps during the crafting process to minimise frosting however it may still occur on your candles. Frosting patterns & locations are random. Frosting does not affect the performance of your candle & is something that you shouldn't stress over. Please read warning cards provided. No exchanges or returns.
