Quilling or paper filigree is an art form that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, & glued together to create decorative designs. The decoration is double sealed (front & back) with a non-toxic paper sealer that acts like a glue , sealer & finish. The sealer makes the decoration very strong ,protects it ( will not fade or gather oils from the air) & gives it a shiny ,glossy look. . To clean the decoration just dust it . Dimensions: approximately 15 in x 15 in (38 cm x 38 cm) Ready to be hanged. I'll make this to order within 3-5 days after you place your order.
