This violet flower dish is perfect for soap, as a spoon rest, for your favorite foods, or for anything you wish. in the language of flowers violets represent love, peace, & faithfulness. This piece was hand crafted by pressing violet flowers into stoneware clay. I hand painted the designs with lead free & food safe glazes. The violets grow wild & are hand collected from the Vermont woods & in my gardens. They are very fragile & have to be pressed within a day of collecting. Dishwasher & microwave safe.
