You can order the pillow cover only or the pillow complete with the 20 x 20 insert. I highly recommend to order with the insert to assure a proper fit. I taper the corners in slightly to prevent the corners from being too pointy. The zipper in the back allows me to easily remove the insert to sew the button, & to keep the pillow full & plump.
