Industrial bookcase, scaffold board & steel tube shelving unit, ladder style bookshelves SCAFFOLD BOARD & STEEL TUBE SHELVING UNIT Stunning industrial style shelving constructed from scaffold boards. With steel tube framework (available in raw steel or blackened finish). Each board is carefully sanded, & treated in a hard wax oil, which is durable against the pressures of everyday use, while still retaining its character & charm. Every board will have its own quirks & an individual grain, so no two pieces are ever identical. We use only high quality boards & our bookcases are solid, sturdy & well built. The shelf heights are fully adjustable, & can be changed at any time. (Please note that the wooden box shown in some of the images is sold separately, & not included in the sale of the shelving unit. The 2 side 'ladder' supports will be sent assembled. The shelves will be sent detached from the framework. The supports will need to fixed to the wall (and to the floor if required, but this is not essential) & the shelves will need to be attached to the framework using the fittings provided. COLOUR OPTIONS: Please let us know in the 'personalisation' box whether you would like the steel framework in blackened or raw steel finish. The shelving unit pictured is in our rustic wood tone, but we also offer it in Pale, Golden & Antique finish, please state your preference in the 'personalisation' box). SPECIFICATIONS Available in 4 heights: 110cm (2 shelves), 140cm (3 shelves), 170cm (4 shelves) or 200cm (5 shelves) Available in widths ranging from 75cm to 175cm. 2 shelf depth options - 22cm or 44cm SCAFFOLD BOARDS: It is normal for them some boards to have minor notches, dents, small cracks & general signs of life. The grain & knots can vary from board to board. All of which add to the character of the overall pieces. We machine sand the boards to a beautifully smooth finish, & they're treated with a high quality hard wax oil which brings out all of their stunning, quirky character. DELIVERY (please read carefully): As these items are made to order, please allow 4-5 weeks from order date for construction & delivery. The majority of our orders are delivered on our own transport by our own delivery team. You will be contacted around a week ahead of delivery & given a delivery date.
