The top of the Breakfast bar is extremely heavy & is near 2 inches thick rustic mature wood sourced from right here in the UK. Finished in oak wax. The rustic timber is taken through our various stage treatment & sanding process to ensure a visually striking & smooth finish, whilst still showing the scars & story of its previous life. As we use rustic timber boards, each piece of wood will be carefully selected. However no two pieces will ever be the same which brings a unique element to the final product. Each piece of wood may contain any of these characteristics; marks on the wood, slight bows & twists, variation in colour, splits, saw marks, grain patterns, knots, dents & nail holes. We believe that this just adds a little extra character to your furniture. Fixings: Hairpin Legs, Screws. FURNITURE FIxINGS Our hairpin furniture is supplied in a flat-pack form, this allows us to send your item quickly & safely. Assembling your furniture is a quick & easy process taking approximately 15 minutes. We supply you with all the necessary fixings, all you will need a drill or screwdriver to complete the assembly.
