Dye is dabbed into the fibers, making the rug particularly durable. This also means that each doormat is unique & may differ slightly from the product photos. The display of the photos also depends on your screen settings. > This rug is a product made of natural materials, with a surface consisting of 99.5% robust coconut fibers. The loss of individual fibers is completely normal, not an indication of poor quality, & not a reason for return. The underside of the rug is made of natural latex & prevents the mat from slipping. > To ensure your mat lasts a long time, I strongly recommend protecting it from the elements (especially rain, snow, & frost) & using it only indoors. To maintain it, you can gently beat it or sweep it. SUSTAINABILITY: The surface of the carpet is made of 99.5% coconut, or more precisely, coconut fiber, a renewable raw material. This is naturally biodegradable. The underside is made of natural rubber. Unlike synthetic rubber, no petroleum is required. The doormat is a very durable product with proper use & care. Should the unlikely event occur that you need to dispose of your rug, the coconut fiber is biodegradable. Your order will be shipped climate-neutrally. What you can do to make your order even more environmentally friendly: > Have your order delivered to a Packstation or branch & pick up your parcel on foot or by bike. > Drop-off location, parcel redirection or delivery date help to avoid unsuccessful deliveries. > If you are not at home when your parcel is delivered, select the digital delivery notification.
