Handmade in natural Pau Amarello wood (Yellowheart) from Brazil with a Walnut wood base, these affordable desk names are individually carved to order with any name, word, title or business name. Compact in size, yet readable 10+ feet away. The letters measure approximately 1/2 x 1/2 by however long your name is. Their back edge are chamfered on a 45 degree angle to tilt the name up for readability. The name is then mounted to a solid Walnut base with a groove running the length of it to display business cards. The length of the base is determined by the length of the name. For short names, the base will be at least 3.5 inches long to accommodate a standard size business card. I finish each with three coats of clear lacquer. Up to 6 Letters... $20.00 7 to 9 Letters... $25.00 10 to 12 Letters... $30.00 13 to 15 Letters... $35.00 16 to 18 Letters... $40.00 Due to the very nature of wood, all pieces are unique. Color variances & grain differences are inevitable & appreciated. Natural character, like tight knots & mineral colorations, are NOT avoided unless they threaten the strength of the piece. - TO ORDER YOURS - Please use this listing for custom orders. Choose the correct number of letters & quantity, then note the name you want in the personalization box. Spaces & punctuation count as letters. A red counts as a letter & can be substituted (use an asterisk to represent the heart when ordering). SHIPPING: Your order will be carved in the order it is received. I usually carve & ship within 2-3 days, but it may take longer during peak holiday times (October - December). If time is an issue, contact me first for a more accurate production time.
