Black Wood Wall Lighting, Sculpture Sconce, Wall Mounted Lamp, Natural Light, Handmade, Japandi, Minimal Design This wooden lighting (that can be installed in a wall or on a ceiling) is inspired by nature, & is entirely sculpted from a solid piece of wood at our workshop in Cascais - Lisbon. Carved by hand, by Joo, it seeks to enhance the beauty & uniqueness of wood. As a finishing, we used the Japanese technique of yakisugi, which burnt the wood & gives a unique effect to each lamp... A sculpture wall/ceiling mounted lamp made with natural wood, with a simple & minimal design, with japandi style, that emits a very pleasant & ambient glow. It is a beautiful lighting, suitable for bedrooms, living rooms, corridors, kitchens, hotels, restaurants ... Cracks or knots are part of the wood & may appear in the lamp. Each SO-SO piece is inspired by a Portuguese expression. It comes with a small illustration, explaining the meaning of the expression. This lamp is inspired by the expression there is no light without shadow.
