The head & abdomen are constructed using metal components, buttons, & brass hardware. A lightbulb serves as the mantis' thorax, & metal screen is shaped to create his wings. Shipped as two separate pieces, the praying mantis can swivel where the abdomen & thorax meet, to bring out this little guy's big personality. Standing about six (6) inches high at the head, four (4) at the legs, & measuring 14 inches long, our praying mantis is our biggest Book Bug.
