This Daddy hare & baby will delight all who love hares & stories about hares...they are flexible so can be posed in playful positions, & will made a charming addition to a child's nursery, & a wonderful companion piece to my sleeping mother & baby hare. (see separate listing) Hand sculpted with natural wool around wire armatures, the Daddy hare is around 10 inches high to tips of his ears, while the young'un is around 4 inches tall. The current making time for this piece is around 10 - 12 weeks. HOW THIS ITEM IS MADE Needle felting is the process of binding wool fibres by repeatedly stabbing them with a barbed needle. The barbs catch onto the fibres & cause them to tangle & bind together. To create a 3D sculpture it can take many hours of work & thousands of stabs from start to finish! SAFETY All my products are for decorative purposes only & are not to be used as a toy or be played with. Please keep well away from tiny & active hands & mouths!
