As all of our upholstered items & carimate chairs are bespoke & made to order (carimates are refurbished & painted in the customer's chosen colours), orders cannot be cancelled or refunded on the basis that final shipping costs are higher than expected or exceed the amount collected by Etsy at checkout. International orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means that any import duties, customs charges, VAT, brokerage fees or other taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the purchaser & are not included in the purchase price or shipping quote unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
