It is quite tiring, playing in the pumpkin patch all day....the days are long & hot & the excitement of harvest is exhausting! So this wee gnomie takes a rest, his head nestled upon a wee pumpkin. Under him a larger pumpkin leaf with wee blossoms. This lovely creation is artist-made by Rebecca Varon as a Nushkie original design. He is fashioned from organic batting & hand dyed wools & merino & silk fibers. He is just wee touch over 5 from the top of his hat to the end of the leaf. The absence of details on his face is in the Waldorf tradition, leaving his mood & expression to your imagination. He will enhance a fall or harvest nature table, child's room, become part of gentle puppet play & become an heirloom collectible for generations to come. She has bendable arms, so she can be positioned as the imagination dictates. This piece is not intended for children who still nibble their toys, as loose fibers may pose a choking hazard.
