THEREFORE PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK SPELLING IS CORRECT. The only exception to this is if a mistake is made by us, when we will either refund or remake the order. PRODUCTION TIME: All orders take 1-2 weeks to complete from purchase date. This means that it will take 1-2 weeks plus shipping time for you to receive the order. CARE: Washable at 30 degrees in the washing machine SHIPPING Shipping is done by registered mail with tracking & you will be provided with a tracking number when the item is sent. The registered mail will deliver the item to you within 2-4 weeks. If you need faster delivery then you can go for a shipping upgrade. Then the item will be sent by DHL Express which will deliver the item to you within 2 weeks. Please ensure someone is at the address to collect the parcel. If you are out when delivery is attempted , they will take it to the local sorting office where you can collect or re-arrange delivery. They only hold parcels for 1-2 weeks before returning to the sender. If a personalized item gets returned, the buyer will be responsible for paying return P&P costs. No refund can be given for the reason on personalized item. Buyers are responsible for any customs & import taxes/levies that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. If we cannot fix the error or mistake within your time frame, we will happily refund your payment once the order has been returned to us.
