Baby Blanket - Unisex

I crocheted this baby blanket using 100% imported European cotton yarn. The color used for this blanket is a multi shade peach color with a heart shaped design patterned throughout the blanket. I suppose because of the hearts, most people would consider it more suitable as a blanket for girls, but I honestly think it would be just as wonderful a gift for baby boys as well. The edging of the blanket is a frill design using creme colored yarn. This blanket measures 27 in. x 26 in. It can be machine washed with cold water on the delicate cycle & machine dried on the delicate cycle or low heat. It can't be ironed, as that will ruin the fabric. Because the color scheme reminds me of sunset or warmth, I feel like this blanket would be best given to a baby born in the summer months, though it would be a good gift for any baby shower regardless of the season.
