The glass is a top-quality mirror with a back in silver. A hammered lag bolt of 1 1/2 is included for installation as shown in the last photo. THE GLASS IS NOT INCLUDED. It means it's excluding the scrolls that are 3 wide on each side. So you can add 6 to get the overall dimension. This frame is 1/2 large, it is thus necessary to deduct 1 to obtain the inside dimension or the visible size of the mirror. For example, a frame of 10 x 16 will have a glass of 9 X 15 . These measurements are developed from the golden section & from the aesthetic experience of the smith. FINISH: The finish on the photo is brushed & clear. Many finishes are offered. The finish soft iron is uniform & looks very close to the real steel. It is also more resistant to abrasion & corrosion (rust).
