The PRESTBURY under mounted basin is included, the tap is for illustration only & NOT included https://www.etsy.com/your/shops/me/tools/listings/section:27311296/1448455952 As we build everything to order you can specify exactly the size that works best for you, we price the units in 100 mm wide increments as a guide to the price, we can build to any width, our normal height is 850 mm & depth 500 mm but this again can be changed to suit your requirements. The top 2 drawers are adapted to allow for the basin waste trap, there is also a minimum 50 mm plumbing void between the back of the drawers & the solid back of the unit so both plumbing to the floor or wall will work, if your planning to use a skirting board behind the unit please let us know when you order as we can alter the design slightly to allow for this. We build using a combination of our own stock of reclaimed oak along with FSC approved oak to create this truly stunning & timeless piece of furniture that is sure to become the centre piece of your bathroom for many year to come. We build our drawer boxes from our own stock of reclaimed oak & oil them in the same finish as the exterior. This makes them easy to clean & resistant to spills & splashes. We use Blum soft closing runners. For further convenience, we pre-cut our quartz for waste & tap holes on request.
