We use a water-resistant, satin cloth material with the following features: Smooth, effortless application onto a variety of flat surfaces Easy to reposition & remove with no residue or damage to walls Does not rip, wrinkle or stretch Exceptional water resistance Photographic image quality with a matte finish Higher ink saturation than most fabrics for richer colors Class A, ASTM E84 Fire Rating [ APPLICATION ] To prepare the surface, make sure that it is clean, smooth, & flat. Satin or eggshell wall paint finishes are recommended. Be aware that matte or flat finishes do not respond as well to the adhesive. Heavily textured surfaces will also pose difficulties in application. If you have recently painted the wall, we recommend you wait 2-4 weeks for it to cure, in order to ensure proper adhesion. Our murals do not require any water or paste for application: Simply peel the backing off, & apply to the wall. The use of a soft cloth is recommended to smooth out the bubbles.
