Made-to-Order Policy All items are custom-made to your specific order & production begins once your order is received. in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, made-to-order & personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off / change-of-mind cancellation right. This means we're unable to accept cancellations or returns once production has started, except where the item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, in which case your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full. If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us within 24hrs of placing your order we may be able to accommodate changes before work begins, but this can't be guaranteed once production is underway.
