Ceramic Mermaid

This is a ceramic sculpture of a mermaid. It tells the true story of the origin of these legendary creatures. They are beautiful women with dreamy eyes swallowed halfway by big fishes. It measures 38 cm x 37 cm x 14 cm / 15 x 15 x 5.5 & weighs 4 kg / 8.8 lb Metal oxides were used for coloring & it was fired in an electric kiln at 1050 oC No molds were used, it is a one-of-a-kind piece.
