This is an original one of a kind ceramic sculpture of a young woman figure with a little bird on her head. This clay figure in made of lovely grey clay. I believe this is a special home decor for any art lovers home, a girl room, a gift for mom... I made this young girl & a bird sculpture thinking of my daughter while she was away. Can you see the innocence & optimism (as well as me missing her terribly) in my work? I used: grey clay, white, orange & spotted yellow glaze. I painted only specific parts leaving much bare clay. I love the contrast this creates in texture & shininess. All together it is a very expressive sculpture.
