Blue Crab Concrete Back Splash Accent Tile

A Maryland Blue Crab cast concrete tile. Hand made waterproof accent tile suitable for shower, fireplace, kitchen or anywhere a touch of art would make a splash! I've spent a lot of time on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. These crabs are an iconic animal of this area, & I find them to be amazing little works of design & art! From my original sculpture in clay, I made a mold & hand cast the cement editions. The colors are created by adding pigment to the concrete mixture. A wide range is possible. Please contact me for details. This method allows me to make waterproof tiles which are more detailed & sculptural than those possible with ceramic.
