Handfelted lampshade, lovely hanging lamp, pendant light, in tones of warm grey with lilac-purple & a little white, gives soft light for nice ambiance in any room. Unique design. This lamp was made by combining strips of my home made felt, with warm brownish greys & lavender-lilac colours that go really well together. in between the strips of felt there is one strip of silk organza, which is more transparent than the felted part. this gives a nice effect, especially when the light is on. The felt is quite delicate & slightly stiffened in a subtle & invisible way, so that it will keep its shape. The light is very warm & soft, & this lamp will lighten up any dark corner in your home, as well as your dining table or bedroom. measurements: Height 28 cm / 11 inches Circumference (at the bottom) 60 cm / 23 3/4 inches Diameter (at the bottom) 20 cm / 7 3/4 inches All my lampshades are made by hand; their shape is somewhat irregular, & no two lampshades are exactly the same. I consider this to be characteristic for the material & the felting process, which contributes to the uniqueness of each piece. This listing includes the felted lampshade, E27 socket & 1 m / 59 inch of plain silver coloured cable. If you prefer fabric flex cord, you can choose from the drop-down menu. I listed the colours that make the best combination -in my opinion - that I have in stock, but of course there are many other options. Contact me before buying if you need a longer cord or prefer a not-listed colour. Or if you don't want a cable altogether, that is also possible. The lightbulb is not included. By nature wool does not burn, & also the lampshade was stiffened lightly with a non-flammable substance, which makes this lamp completely safe if used according to it's purpose.
