If for any reason you'd like to return the item, just contact me, send your unused & carefully packed item back to me for a refund. The refund doesn't include shipping & doesn't apply to custom orders. The shipping return of purchase is at the customer's expense. You have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to return the item, provided it remains unused & unassembled. The customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses.
