Extend the tubes: Draw out the tubes 3-4cm longer than the wall distance by twisting and pulling the thinner pole in a clockwise direction.Position the poles: Ensure the rubbery caps are fitted to each end and place the springy end of the pole into position on the wall, adjusting the other end higher or lower.Secure the poles: Pull or push the non-springy end towards the springy end, then slowly lower or raise the other end until the two ends are level.Fit the shower curtain: Once level, fit the shower curtain rings and shower curtain (not included).Note: If the tube has been drawn out too far, remove the end caps. Twist and pull out the tubes completely, then place the thinner inner pole back inside the outer pole and start again.
