Off The Grain Wooden Mantel Shelf - Solid Pine With Corbels, Medium Wax - L100Cm

A solid pine mantel shelf supported on two shaped corbels, made to sit above a fireplace or chimney breast and give it the look of a built-in mantelpiece rather than a plain floating beam. This is the Medium Wax option, finished by hand in a warm mid-brown tone that brings out the grain, knots and natural character of the timber, and it arrives ready to fit with no painting or sealing needed. The shelf is a generous 22cm deep, with room for candles, framed photographs, a clock or seasonal decoration, and the decorative corbels carry it while adding detail underneath. It's handmade to order in our Halifax workshop from solid FSC-certified pine, and each corbel has a concealed keyhole fixing on the back so it mounts flush to the wall, with all the fixings included.
