Mr. Mourning Dove

The mourning dove is a graceful, slender-tailed, small-headed dove that's common across the north american continent & is found nearly everywhere except the deep woods. This bird has been needle felted, a time consuming process in which wool roving is repeatedly poked by a barbed needle until the desired shape is formed. Great care has been taken to accurately depict his markings, color & size. He stands on sturdy wire feet, has black glass eyes & is lifesize at 9-12 inches long. This bird is custom made once you place your order & payment is received. I usually ship within 2-4 weeks, but it depends on how many orders I have.
