Mr. Eastern Screech Owl, Needle Felted Bird Fiber Art Sculpture

The Eastern Screech Owl is found in nearly every habitat throughout the eastern United States & southern Canada with one third of all individuals being red. My red screech owl has been needle felted, a time consuming process in which wool roving has been repeatedly poked by a barbed needle until the desired shape is formed. Great care has been taken to accurately depict this birds markings, color & size. He stands on sturdy wire feet which has been felted, has glass black eyes & is lifesize at 9 inches in length. An eastern screech owl can vary from 6.3 to 9.8 in length. This owl is custom made once you place your order & payment is received. I usually ship with 2-4 weeks, but it depends on how many orders I have. Allow more tine especially during busy holidays or with multiple orders. Please let me know if you need him by a certain date. During the busy Christmas rush, I am overloaded with orders by the end of October, so please order early!
