This handmade Story Goddess carries the energy of Brigid, the Irish Goddess & Saint. She is associated with metalwork, midwifery, & poetry. She is cast in resin & colored with deep russet mica pigment as well as sparkles to represent the embers of her forge. Her silver-tone belt carries a moss agate gemstone bead, which is associated with healing & is known as the stone of Druids, & a silver-tone Celtic triquetra/triskele charm, which can represent the triple goddess, the Trinity, & both Buddhist & Druidic concepts of three realms of existence. Similar symbols are found on a number of Irish Megalithic & Neolithic sites, most notably inside the Newgrange passage tomb. It also represents motion & change. The belt is removable & can be interchanged with any of the other belts in our Story Goddess collection.
