This one of a kind, handmade, bolster supports your postures & beautifully integrates into any room in your home. The inside core is firm foam wrapped in organic cotton & muslin, covered in a beautiful bamboo casing, with a handle for convenient handling. Outer designer covers are either draw string or tie up sacs made of a variety of vintage, Upolstery grade fabrics that integrate beautifully into your home sanctuary, encouraging the practice of yoga as a lifestyle, in every room. I am a veteran Iyengar yoga teacher with a specialty in restorative, yin & yoga Nidra mediations. Bolsters are very important in my life. I also love to decorate beautiful homes & my rooms seemed to take on a theme of floor culture as I designed spaces around the opportunity to practice yoga all the time, doing all the things one does at home... so floor space & firm pillows that were also pretty enough to build into the design scheme of my homes became a passion of mine & I set out to make the most beautiful & practical bolster pillows that supported the biodynamics of correct posture & yoga practice all day & night long.
