All lampshade linings are made from a PVC based product, complying with BS EN 60598-1-2008. For lampshades, recommendation is 40w max bulb, LED or energy saving light bulbs, ensuring the bulb is 5cm away from the sides of the shade. Fabric samples are available on request for items listed on 'the shop'. Sometimes images can look different on whatever device you are viewing on, therefore we cannot guarantee perfect matching. Bespoke lampshades are made individually to order, making pattern placement differ from shades on the website, we endeavour to match as close as possible, but we are governed by the size of panel/frame used. All shades are wrapped with cellophane, bubble wrap & carefully packed into a double walled box, clearly marked 'fragile' before posting. Goods are delivered to UK addresses, with reputable courier/postal services with tracking facilities. Stock items are dispatched within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment. All made to order are normally dispatched 2-3 weeks after receipt of payment, we do try to fulfill orders earlier if possible. We will notify you when your purchase has been dispatched via email. If your order is damaged on arrival due to transit, please contact us immediately as we only have a window of 7 days to make a claim with the delivery company involved.
