This table lamp is handcrafted in our Barcelona workshop. The ceramic base is glazed with one of our own proprietary glazes, developed & prepared by us, & the lampshade is hand-wrapped with dark gray ribbon. Each enamel is born from a process of research & testing until the desired finish is achieved. Subsequently, each piece is hand-enameled, one by one. This process makes each lamp unique & unrepeatable, with subtle variations in color, texture, & finish that are part of its handcrafted character. The lampshade was designed in collaboration with a traditional Barcelona lampshade maker, with the intention that it not only serves a practical function but also becomes a decorative element. When the lamp is switched on, the overlapping ribbons create a delicate interplay of light & shadow. All photographs were taken using natural light. Depending on the ambient lighting, the time of day, or the screen on which they are viewed, the colors may appear slightly different. As this is a completely handmade piece, slight variations in dimensions, shape, or color may exist compared to the images. Far from being a defect, these differences are the hallmark of the artisanal work & the guarantee that each lamp is a unique piece. MEASURES 35 35 35 cm PRODUCTION TIME Each ribbon-wrapped lampshade is made to order entirely by hand, so production time is approximately 2-3 weeks. During August, because many of our suppliers & partner workshops are closed, production times may double. If you need your lamp by a specific date, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order; we'll be happy to let you know the estimated delivery time. LAMP CARE To keep your lamp in perfect condition, we recommend dusting it regularly with a feather duster or a soft, dry cloth. The ceramic base can be cleaned, if necessary, with a slightly damp cloth & dried immediately afterward. Avoid using abrasive or harsh cleaning products. The lampshade should only be dry cleaned & handled with great care to preserve the fabric & trim. INFORMATION FOR US CUSTOMERS Our lamps are manufactured with European wiring & an E27 socket. We work exclusively with local suppliers and, therefore, we are currently unable to offer them with American wiring. To allow you to use the lamp in the United States, we offer the option of including a US plug adapter. It's a small, black adapter, which you can see in the product images. The E27 socket is generally compatible with the E26 bulbs used in the United States, so you won't need any additional bulb adapter. We do not include the light bulb, as those we use in Europe operate on a different voltage & would not be compatible with the American electrical system. We recommend using a small, warm white E26 bulb so that it fits perfectly inside the lampshade & achieves the lighting effect for which the lamp was designed. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, or fees levied by the customs authorities of the destination country. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping and, if applicable, must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.
